- im earning more than 10 thouands dollar. Even it take some time to get revenue, im not in hurry. But in your case different. you need immidiate reward. and it give you motivations to keep going.

- I don't see you as a worker. I see you as my partner in other word coworker. and i run 3 business . i can't manage all of it.
